Personal Works: Crafts, costuming and cosplay

As was as more traditional art, I am also a huge fan of craft and cosplay.
I create most of my costumes using basic materials found around home.
I started creating costumes in my early teens, and since I didn't have the money to spend on expensive materials I taught myself how to make something out of nothing.  I consider this to be a great talent, and to this day I make realistic wigs from cheap balls of yarn, props from cardboard bases, and cloaks and costumes from bedsheets.

Top to bottom, left to right: My halloween costume, "the Goatman", I created using tinfoil for the horns, old blankets for the ears and I even made hoof covers for the shoes; a circle flow cloak that I designed without a patterns, made from old bedsheets; a brushed yarn wig for my Dabi cosplay for the 2021 Armageddon; my first ever brushed yarn tail, which took my six weeks nonstop work; a fake tattoo I did on my boyfriend with eyeshadow and massage oil; my first ever wig I made, very thick and perhaps over done; "Jeepers Creepers" my 3D printed chibi keychain I designed while on a major scout camp

My greatest costume feat so far is my illusion dragon puppet, Ryko.
He took three and a half months to make, and is controlled by my arm being in the neck and head, and my sleeve being stuffed into the pocket for the effect of the dragon moving on its own.  It mostly consisted of cardboard and blankets and a whole lot of hot glue.
While doing this I also helped my younger brother make his Star Wars armor.
